CoreStraight™ BX1 Core Traction Device

CoreStraight™ BX1 Core is a Class 1 medical device. Using the body's own physical limits, the device develops traction that induces spinal decompression. Spinal decompression can reduce various forms of back pain.

When utilized as instructed, the BX1 Core transfers the gravity load off your spine and transfers it to your waist and underarms.

CoreStraight takes less than a minute to put on and can relieve pain in minutes.

Recommended wear time is 5 - 15 minutes as needed.

Device Limitations:

• This device is designed for persons who are no more than 115 kg (255 lbs).
• Minimum person height is 148 cm (4’ 10”).
• Maximum person height is 198 cm (6’ 5”).
• Minimum waist or chest circumference is 66 cm (26").
• Maximum waist or chest circumference is 112 cm (44").

More Details:

The BX1 Core is lightweight and durable and made primarily from nylon, carbon fiber, aluminum, polyester, NBR foam, and ABS.

Decompression is maintained with the use of a patent pending traction system. The BX1 Core allows for ongoing movement and can relieve pain and discomfort during the rehabilitation of all non-specific back injuries.

CoreStraight was designed with safety in mind and only extends to the maximum amount of the user's active motion. The user has full control to adjust the grade of traction they are comfortable with.

A class 1 medical device is “not intended for use in supporting or sustaining life or of substantial importance in preventing impairment to human health, and they may not present a potential unreasonable risk of illness or injury.”

Class I devices are non-life sustaining or life-supporting, and diagnoses from a class I device would not be life-altering. Several day-to-day products are class I medical devices like bandages or toothbrushes, and even hospital products like bedpans are class I medical devices.

BX1 Core is limited to a user body weight of 255 lbs (115 kg).

BX1 Core is limited to a user height between 148 cm (4’ 10”) and no more than 198 cm (6’ 5”).

Care should be taken by the user, especially the elderly, not to apply the device too tightly, which MAY cause excessive
pressure.

Users with hair longer than shoulder length must tie up the hair to prevent hair getting caught in the traction gear mechanism.

Users must read and understand
the directions, warnings, and cautions.

Users should contact the manufacturer for a replacement if a product quality issue occurs within the warranty timeframe.

Device should not be exposed to moisturizers, chemicals, or solvents, as they may affect durability.
